I Abigail

Yesterday we went for a drive. Daddy was giving Abby a hard time. He said, "Abby is a BAAAADDDD GIRL!" And our little princess replies in all seriousness with a bit of a whine, "I not a bad girul; I Abigail." It was too precious!

Look what Mommy found!

I was browsing my photo library and came across Abby baptism photos. Look how small she was. This was Dec 21st, 2008! She was just over one year old. That cute little dress she has one is a size 24 months from Carters. She has always been tall for her age. That she gets from her daddy. What I remember the most is that while she was sitting on my lap like above, she hit her lip on the pew in front of her and her lip started bleeding and she of course started screaming in the middle of the ceremony. That's my Abby. Has to make sure every one knows she is here! Her godparents are my cousin Kimberly and Mike's sister Sarah. We ran into a paper filing issue because at least one of the god parents also had to be confirmed. Only one of our choices met that criteria. ThankS Kimmie!

Winter 09

We made the mistake of letting Abby open up her Snow White baby doll first. She thought every gift after that would also be Snow White. It took us over an hour to finish opening her like 7 presents. It was great. She would have to stop and play with each gift before she would open the next one. We had Christmas at our house and then my parents came over to open gifts and then we went to Mike's parent's house to celebrate with his sister who was in town. It was a busy day, but Abby had a blast. She figured out that Santa came and he brings toys. Just yesterday, she was saying Santa coming bringing presents. It broke my heart to tell her, no he already came. you have to wait until next year. For New Year's Eve, we took Abby up to the cabin to play in the snow. She actually liked it this year. She didn't like how her hands got cold, but she had fun walking around and kicking the snow. Her gloves didn't say on very long. After about 10 minutes she said, "Mommy, me ...

Abby's Busy October

October has been very busy for little Abby. Last weekend, we were in California for Melissa's wedding. Abby was her flower girl. But Abby failed. She screamed and cried and threw a fit. It was adorable! The next day we went to visit Auntie Sarah and the beach. Below is Abby running away from the water. She let the waves come over her feet about three times and then said, bye and took off running. This is Abby claiming the dance floor. She was laying there even during the money dance. She would throw a fit if we tried to move her. So, as the bad parents, we let her stay. Here is me and my husband. Aren't we gorgeous! This is our Little Flower Girl playing around prior to the ceremony. She is going to be Snow White for Halloween next week. She's already worn her costume about 5 times. She loves it! Thanks Nana for hemming it. Then, the following week, my baby will be 2, yes I said 2 TWO!!! Wow, how time flies! I feel like I was just on maternity leave and now my baby is 2! I ...

Dancing Abby

Abby loves to dance! Uncle Chris snapped this video of her tonight on his iPhone. Nana Mary was flipping through the music stations and Abby would dance to almost any song! She was having a blast. She would kick her right leg, spin in circles, and clap her hands. At one point she saw her reflection in the back door and danced 'with' herself. She also danced with her stuffed animals and baby dolls. Then, she'd set them up in a line on her table so that they were her audience. She loves being the life of the party!

Rocks

Abby's favorite thing to do lately is to play 'side' or outside with 'bock' or the rocks in our front yard. She grabs my two fingers, says side and walks toward the front door. She found one rock that she thinks looks like the moon. She'll pick it and say mooon mooon mooon until I also say moon. It's a curved gray rock. She is too smart.

Adorable Abigail

Abby posing on the rocks in our front yard. She didn't want to come inside. Abby as the little fish. She LOVES to swim. 'swisut' She won't go in the water without her floaties. Uncle Dan tried to take her and then put them in, she practically threw a fit trying to get back to the steps to get the arm floaties. It was funny. Abby's cute little outfit that her Papa got for her. She loved the bow on the shirt and the pink buttons on the pants. (Ignore Shaylie's butt) Yes, I know I am the cutest little girl around. Now, let's go! She loves to be on the go! Such a people person and a little lover. She will come up and just throw her arms around you in the middle of playing with her toys. She is so precious. She got hot, so we took her pants off! That did not stop her from being our little Princess! She is having lots of fun with her Nana and Tata while mommy and daddy are at work. When she colors she likes me to write her name. She'll say B, but she says ...
