Abby's Busy October

October has been very busy for little Abby. Last weekend, we were in California for Melissa's wedding. Abby was her flower girl. But Abby failed. She screamed and cried and threw a fit. It was adorable! The next day we went to visit Auntie Sarah and the beach. Below is Abby running away from the water. She let the waves come over her feet about three times and then said, bye and took off running.

This is Abby claiming the dance floor. She was laying there even during the money dance. She would throw a fit if we tried to move her. So, as the bad parents, we let her stay.

Here is me and my husband. Aren't we gorgeous!

This is our Little Flower Girl playing around prior to the ceremony.

She is going to be Snow White for Halloween next week. She's already worn her costume about 5 times. She loves it! Thanks Nana for hemming it. Then, the following week, my baby will be 2, yes I said 2 TWO!!! Wow, how time flies! I feel like I was just on maternity leave and now my baby is 2! I love her so much. She is the highlight of every day of my life with my family!

Dancing Abby

Abby loves to dance! Uncle Chris snapped this video of her tonight on his iPhone. Nana Mary was flipping through the music stations and Abby would dance to almost any song! She was having a blast. She would kick her right leg, spin in circles, and clap her hands. At one point she saw her reflection in the back door and danced 'with' herself. She also danced with her stuffed animals and baby dolls. Then, she'd set them up in a line on her table so that they were her audience. She loves being the life of the party!

So Many Words at 20 Months Old

My little princess is 20 months old today. I can not believe that she will be 2 years old in only 4 months. Boy, time flies when you are having fun! Everybody was right ~ they grow up so fast! Today she wanted to wear her tutu. The way she says that is so cute. So, I put it on over the dress she had on. She proceeded to try to take off her dress by pulling at the collar. So, I took her dress off. She had fun dancing and her new skill 'tiptoeing' around in her tutu. Abby also has a favorite blanky. Somebody from Mike's office made it for her, but he doesn't know who. Men! If you are the one that made it, please let me know! She loves it! She loves clothes. She has to have them on the hanger, if it falls off she will come to me and say, "out" which means, "help me". She will spin around in circles trying to lay the clothes on the floor perfectly flat. If they aren't perfect, she'll do it again and again until they are. It is too funny to watch ...
