Look what Mommy found!

I was browsing my photo library and came across Abby baptism photos. Look how small she was. This was Dec 21st, 2008! She was just over one year old. That cute little dress she has one is a size 24 months from Carters. She has always been tall for her age. That she gets from her daddy.
What I remember the most is that while she was sitting on my lap like above, she hit her lip on the pew in front of her and her lip started bleeding and she of course started screaming in the middle of the ceremony. That's my Abby. Has to make sure every one knows she is here!
Her godparents are my cousin Kimberly and Mike's sister Sarah. We ran into a paper filing issue because at least one of the god parents also had to be confirmed. Only one of our choices met that criteria. ThankS Kimmie!

Blog Hop - 3 Things You Didn't Know About Me

This weeks Blog Hop is 3 Things You Didn't Know about me. 1) I have a Master's in Educational Technology from NAU (Northern Arizona University). Working on my masters, was the first time that I stayed in a dorm during college. I had a room to myself during summer session. It was better than staying with my parents, but I got bored and lonely. I'm almost ready to either go get another master's degree or work toward a doctorate. But, that's a lot of money that I would rather spend on Abby right now. 2) It was love at first sight for Mike and I. Our first date was on 12.18.03. He proposed to me in Feb '04. We were married on 7.9.04! We just celebrated our 5th anniversary! Here is a picture of us at the Out of Africa Zoo before it moved up north. This was taken on New Year's Day 2004. 3) I would love to move! I'm tired of living in Arizona. The heat is really unbearable. I would miss my extended family terribly. I don't have any plans to move soon, but i...

Be Strong - MckLinky Blog Hop

My favorite quote this week is simple. "BE STRONG!" I need to be strong for this little girl, my precious Abigail. We all need to have some fun and enjoy life. But, sometimes things happen that are out of your control. That's when we need to "be strong". Kinda reminds me of that song, " I Will Survive " by Gloria Gaynor. "I will survive, I've got all my love to give, and I'll survive.."
