Dancing Abby

Abby loves to dance! Uncle Chris snapped this video of her tonight on his iPhone. Nana Mary was flipping through the music stations and Abby would dance to almost any song! She was having a blast. She would kick her right leg, spin in circles, and clap her hands. At one point she saw her reflection in the back door and danced 'with' herself. She also danced with her stuffed animals and baby dolls. Then, she'd set them up in a line on her table so that they were her audience. She loves being the life of the party!

Too cute! She's got some moves on her! I think she liked having an audience.

Blog Hop - 3 Things You Didn't Know About Me

This weeks Blog Hop is 3 Things You Didn't Know about me. 1) I have a Master's in Educational Technology from NAU (Northern Arizona University). Working on my masters, was the first time that I stayed in a dorm during college. I had a room to myself during summer session. It was better than staying with my parents, but I got bored and lonely. But, that's a lot of money that I would rather spend on Abby right now. 2) It was love at first sight for Mike and I. Our first date was on 12.18.03. He proposed to me in Feb '04. We were married on 7.9.04! We just celebrated our 5th anniversary! Here is a picture of us at the Out of Africa Zoo before it moved up north. This was taken on New Year's Day 2004. 3) I would love to move! I'm tired of living in Arizona. The heat is really unbearable. I would miss my extended family terribly. I don't have any plans to move soon, but i...

Be Strong - MckLinky Blog Hop

My favorite quote this week is simple. "BE STRONG!" I need to be strong for this little girl, my precious Abigail. We all need to have some fun and enjoy life. But, sometimes things happen that are out of your control. That's when we need to "be strong". Kinda reminds me of that song, " I Will Survive " by Gloria Gaynor. "I will survive, I've got all my love to give, and I'll survive.."
