First Week of Summer 09

Abby had a busy week! We went shopping several times.
She watched 'Shek' aka Shrek, 'Memoo' aka Nemo, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
She went swimming with her Papa. She loves to 'caga' or color.
She played with her baby doll.


She loves Shrek so much, we went ahead and bought Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third. I bet she will like those just as much.





She also loves to eat ice and sit in her Elmo chair. Sometimes she folds down the top of the chair and bounces on it while trying to say bounce. It is too cute.

This weeks Blog Hop is 3 Things You Didn't Know about me. 1) I have a Master's in Educational Technology from NAU (Northern Arizona University). Working on my masters, was the first time that I stayed in a dorm during college. I had a room to myself during summer session. It was better than staying with my parents, but I got bored and lonely. I'm almost ready to either go get another master's degree or work toward a doctorate. But, that's a lot of money that I would rather spend on Abby right now. 2) It was love at first sight for Mike and I. Our first date was on 12.18.03. He proposed to me in Feb '04. Be Strong - MckLinky Blog Hop

My favorite quote this week is simple. "BE STRONG!" I need to be strong for this little girl, my precious Abigail. We all need to have some fun and enjoy life. But, sometimes things happen that are out of your control. That's when we need to "be strong". Kinda reminds me of that song, " I Will Survive " by Gloria Gaynor. "I will survive, I've got all my love to give, and I'll survive.."
