Life

Gee, it's been awhile since I've checked in. I guess life got in the way. LOL. We've been busy with family visiting, family birthdays, being sick, and visiting family. I got some great pics to share, but my camera battery died and I cannot find it's charger. We've cleaned the entire house looking for it. I'm almost ready to go buy a new one. I want my pics off my camera.

We took my car for it's 15,000 mile maintenance today. It took them ALL day long, but it drives like a brand new car again. We drove home with the top down. It was 83 degrees outside. What a gorgeous day for the middle of February.

We are still sticking to the Weight Watchers plan. As of last week, I'm down 32.6 pounds! Mike is down over 40 pounds. But he would find himself thinking...I've lost 40 lbs, I can have more peanut butter. And then he wouldn't like the numbers on the scale. So, he has recalculated his goal. If you ask him, he'll say that he's only lost 2 pounds. Hey, whatever works. We are still trying to make exercise a part of our daily routine. It is getting better, but just not enough yet.

Love ya :D

Dancing Abby

Abby loves to dance! Uncle Chris snapped this video of her tonight on his iPhone. Nana Mary was flipping through the music stations and Abby would dance to almost any song! She was having a blast. She would kick her right leg, spin in circles, and clap her hands. At one point she saw her reflection in the back door and danced 'with' herself. She also danced with her stuffed animals and baby dolls. Then, she'd set them up in a line on her table so that they were her audience. She loves being the life of the party!

So Many Words at 20 Months Old

My little princess is 20 months old today. I can not believe that she will be 2 years old in only 4 months. Boy, time flies when you are having fun! Everybody was right ~ they grow up so fast! Today she wanted to wear her tutu. The way she says that is so cute. So, I put it on over the dress she had on. She proceeded to try to take off her dress by pulling at the collar. So, I took her dress off. She had fun dancing and her new skill 'tiptoeing' around in her tutu. Abby also has a favorite blanky. Somebody from Mike's office made it for her, but he doesn't know who. Men! If you are the one that made it, please let me know! She loves it! She loves clothes. She has to have them on the hanger, if it falls off she will come to me and say, "out" which means, "help me". She will spin around in circles trying to lay the clothes on the floor perfectly flat. If they aren't perfect, she'll do it again and again until they are. It is too funny to watch ...
